Warranty Transfer

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from an authorized seller must be provided for warranty claims.

Resolution Options

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims, HomyGrow will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are not responsible for return shipping costs for valid warranty issues.
