What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most regions. All credit card payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@homygrow.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you charge customs or import duties?
For orders within the EU, there are no additional customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the "Promo Code" field at checkout before completing your purchase. The discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to all supported European countries takes 5-10 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. We are working on adding express shipping options in the near future.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all HomyGrow products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and partner with manufacturers who prioritize eco-friendly materials and responsible production practices wherever possible.
Do you offer product assembly services?
Our products are designed for easy self-assembly with included instructions. We do not currently offer assembly services, but detailed manuals and support are provided.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact our customer support team at support@homygrow.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will guide you through the warranty claim process.
